Claire: Oh my God! Oh my God!
Phil: It’s okay, maybe they didn’t see anything…
Claire: Sweetie, they screamed, they dropped a tray of dishes and then they ran out of here like they were on fire.
Phil: You were on fire, lady.
Claire: Really? You’re still going?
Phil: Well, forgive me for thinking your zesty performance deserved some praise.

10 People/Things I Loved in 2010
#08: Phil & Claire Dunphy of Modern Family
I don’t think there has been a television couple that has stolen my heart quite like Phil and Claire Dunphy. They are just perfection. The characters fit so well together and really balance each other out. Through their scenes together, you can tell why their relationship works. I love every single time they are on screen with one another. Props to the writers for making such a believable and lovely couple. And props Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell for playing these two characters amazingly well. Most adorable couple ever.

My heart, oh my god.
Seriously, watch her videos. She’s great.
An entire generation of men have been ruined for us because we’ve all realized they’ll never live up to Jim Halpert.

Ugh, they are just- they’re just the best.
I think I’m just going to reblog every instance of this episode that shows up on my dashboard.

PAM: I lied about some aspects of the building.
JIM: It’s still on a bike path though, right?
PAM: There’s no building. It doesn’t exist.
JIM: What does that mean?
PAM: I needed leverage so I pulled those pictures off the internet. It’s just.. this Office Administrator thing, I don’t wanna…
JIM: What?
PAM: …Fail. I don’t wanna fail. Again.
JIM: You didn’t fail.
PAM: That’s what you said about art school, and that’s what you said about sales.
JIM: And you didn’t fail those things either.
PAM: Well. I’m not an artist, and I’m not a salesman. So what would you call it?The Office, 7x10 - China.
